  28. This directory contains KA9Q NOS for Atari 68000 computers.  KA9Q provides the
  29. TCP/IP protocol stacks, client and server programs needed for an Atari computer
  30. act as an Internet host via a SLIP or PPP serial link.  Telnet, FTP, Finger, 
  31. SMTP, NNTP, DNS and other services are supported.

  33. V0.41 is based on the Demon Internet Services V2.12 code and now offers user
  34. definable function keys, improver command line editing, ip filtering, new
  35. directory routines, fixes and additions from DIS V2.01 to V2.12.  It is
  36. compiled with Lattice C V5.60.  The software is now presented in a self 
  37. extracting archive.
